Altar is an extra sweet full-bodied deep garnet red wine, made using Cinsaut grapes, which have inherent sweetness and natural aromas. It has a strong sense of character and is creatively prepared using a super-cooling technique, which halts fermentation just at the right time to give it a distinctive taste. This allows it to acquire the plumy red colour with violet hints, Ideal for sacramental use and as a dessert.
It comes in 750ml bottle.
