ST MARY is a fruity natural sweet white wine that exudes the exciting grace of Mother Nature. It is a light-bodied wine that embodies a complex mix of natural sweetness from a range of Chenin Blanc clones, specially blended to achieve a rich balance and floral character.
ST Mary is produced from the heavenly – endowed, succulent grapes cultivated on rich soils of Mvumi Makulu, Mission and Msalato areas on the northern arc of Dodoma town Centre.
ST Mary is the easiest wine to drink as it gives you a great feeling of belonging; drawing from its soft taste, which effortlessly takes your taste palates on a solemn journey of discovery.
The beautiful rays of shine in the north further enrich this wine, giving it more intense flavours of the tropical Chenin blanc and a sturdy character of firm fragrances of tropical fruits. Its memorable taste and flavoury fragrances subtly energize you as the fruity flavours burst on your tongue like succulent cherries in the desert plains.
ST MARY sweet white wine is best served chilled and can make a good pair with spicy foods and barbecues.
